Located in the former primary school of Vila Facaia, in the municipality of Pedrógão Grande, it is the result of the effort and private initiative of a collector who acquired more than 800 instruments of this type.

The estate consists of a collection of accordions and concertinas from countries such as Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Portugal and Russia, examples from the 19th century, privately collected pieces.

The museum also has tubas, harps, pianos, clarinets and trumpets. Among the pieces, there are rarities and handmade instruments. The first acquisition of the collection was a Paolo Soprani, an Italian brand.

This museum is the only one of its kind in the country, making it a reason for interest and a visit.
