Museum space whose main purpose is the conservation of a set of heritage and cultural assets collected from the county's old schools.

The collection consists of furniture, school objects, didactic material, documents, books, and many other memorabilia, the result of private donations on Portuguese primary education.

The recreation of the classroom is a civic and pedagogical project, with an important educational component, enabling guided tours for the school community and the
general public.
