Vila Facaia Church

A simple temple built in the 19th century, although an inscription from 1765 on the access portal to the church corroborates the idea that it originated during the 18th century.

It features baroque religious architecture, consisting of a single nave, chancel, side chapel, sacristy and bell tower with clock.

It has a tradicional facade with granite trimmings.

The nave's ceiling is divided into eighteen coffers with representations of the life of Santa Catarina.

On the Gospel side, the pulpit stands out with a guard in painted wooden balusters, similar to the high choir.

It preserves a baptismal font in limestone in the shape of a closed cup with a wooden cover.
