The Bouçã Intermodal Station is part of the 6th sector of the GRZ 33 - Grande Rota do Zêzere 33 (Great Route of the Zêzere 33), known as "Só Tu e o Rio" ("Just You and the River"), where hikers are invited to walk about 22.9km in the company of the Zêzere River and its meanders.

The location of the Bouçã Intermodal Station offers a pleasant picnic area with a fabulous view of the Zêzere River, as well as a boat access ramp.

This space is frequently used for water sports, such as canoeing, stand up paddle, and sport fishing, both from boats and from the shore.
