The Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos Milagres was rebuilt in 1878, at the top of Mount of Nossa Senhora dos Milagres, surrounded by the ridges of the Zêzere River.

It can be reached via a winding path or a large staircase with three flights, giving it a certain uniqueness.

Architecturally, it is a simple chapel with a single nave, a bell tower, and an attached sacristy.

The front facade has a central window with two smaller lateral windows.

Inside, there is a single altar where the image of Nossa Senhora dos Milagres is venerated.

From this location, known as Castelo Velho, visitors enjoy a vast view that stretches across hills and valleys.
