Located in the heart of the urban area of Pedrógão Grande next to the chapel of Calvário.

Archaeological excavations have uncovered a small area of a Roman house (Domus) from the 2nd century AD and several other buildings from the 4th century AD.

This site assumes extraordinary importance at a local and regional level, as there are few traces from Roman times.
