Since 1981, specializing in Leitão assado (Suckling pig), Chanfana (Goat stew), and Negalhos (Stuffed tripe rolls) in a wood-fired oven.

This establishment was born years ago in a small tavern located on the same street, where these dishes were already being prepared.

Its founder, José Rodrigues, was Patrícia's maternal grandfather, who, along with her husband João, has been running the business since 2009.
